Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect product).

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item was delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zaib Ventures LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
